If you are a professional, experienced, high-energy Head Chef with a creative, innovative mind and possess at least 5 years’ experience, we are looking for you!

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct and oversee all culinary operations
• Interact with guests and clients to monitor and assess satisfaction trends
• Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality
• Monitor and develop team member performance, provide supervision and professional development, scheduling and evaluations
• Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene
• Demonstrate a track record of creativity, training, cost control, and understanding the intricacies of running a busy, high-performing kitchen

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen leadership role
• Strong leadership, team management, communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in general computer knowledge
• A strong desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced environment
• Culinary certification or relevant training is an asset
