HUB Manager

The HUB Manager leads the recruitment, training, development, and day-to-day management of the Sales Team. Our ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in a high-volume inside sales environment and be extremely detailed orientated. Catching day-to-day mistakes will be a must for this role. The HUB Manager will guide and manage a team responsible for building and developing relationships with customers, directing their efforts to drive growth and achieve strategic and operational objectives. Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, develop, and mentor +/- 10 inside sales team members to drive continuous improvement in sales skills and product knowledge
• Train, develop and mentor inside sales team members whose primary responsibility is selling and booking new customers
• Delegate key tasks and assignments to team members; hold people accountable
• Promote an atmosphere where all team members are empowered to make appropriate decisions and respond quickly to customer needs and requests
• Track and monitor defined sales metrics on a daily/weekly basis
• Recommend policies and operating procedures as needed to ensure positive customer and employee relations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales and/or customer service leadership
• 2+ years of high-volume call center experience
• 2+ years of sales coaching and/or training
• Experience in establishing, tracking, and monitoring defined sales metrics
• Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and listening
• Verifiable knowledge of a CRM tool, Microsoft Office Suite and various email clients is a plus
• Solid understanding of social media tools including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule as determined by management
